Where your numbers tell their story.

1. Introduction:

The Revenue tab breaks down where your money comes from—and where it’s headed. Track totals from first-time and recurring orders, average order value, and customer profitability.

Use it to:

  • Compare revenue from new vs. returning subscribers

  • Forecast future income based on current trends

  • Understand how each product or subscriber contributes to growth

  • Optimize pricing and acquisition strategies

It’s the data you need to drive revenue, and scale with confidence.

2. How to use:

This section helps you understand how much revenue your subscription business is generating, where it comes from, and what to expect next:

  • Total Order Revenue The total amount of revenue generated from all subscription orders within the selected period. This includes both first-time orders and recurring orders.

  • First-Time Order Revenue The total revenue from initial subscription orders placed during the selected time range. This shows how much income comes from new subscribers.

  • Recurring Order Revenue The total revenue generated from repeat subscription renewals during the selected period, helping you measure predictable, recurring income.

  • Average Order Value (AOV) The average amount spent per order, calculated as: (Total order revenue from first + recurring orders) ÷ (Total number of first + recurring orders). This metric helps you evaluate how much customers typically spend per order.

  • Average Revenue per Customer (ARPC) The average amount of revenue generated by each customer within the selected period. This gives insight into customer value over time.

  • Next Day Estimated Revenue An estimate of how much revenue you are expected to earn the next day, based on queued subscription orders from active contracts.

  • Historical vs. Estimated Revenue This chart compares two revenue trends:

    • Estimated Revenue: Forecasted income based on queued orders for the next 7, 30, and 90 days.

    • Historical Revenue: Actual revenue from successful orders over the past 7, 30, and 90 days. Use this comparison to understand growth trends and plan ahead.

  • Order Amount per Day Displays the total revenue generated per day from successful orders within the selected time range, making it easy to spot daily patterns or spikes.

💡 Tip: Use Estimated Revenue alongside Historical Revenue to spot growth trends early. If future estimates drop compared to past performance, it may be a good time to review pricing, discounts, or retention strategies before revenue is affected.
