# Email Notifications

### 1. Introduction:

The **Email Notifications** section allows you to control all automatic emails sent for subscription and payment events. These notifications help keep customers informed about their subscription status and billing activity, while also ensuring administrators stay up to date on important actions that require attention.

From this section, you can manage the email sender information and configure which notification emails are sent to customers and administrators. By enabling the right templates and customizing them to match your communication style, you can provide timely updates, reduce customer confusion, and proactively handle payment or subscription issues.

### Go to Email Notifications

Here is where you can find a list of different automatic email templates ready for customization and utilization. These sets include email to both customers and administrators. You can also customize the email sender as well.

### Customize Email sender

To give the email a more authentic vibe, you can customize the email sender. This will also allow customers to reply directly to you as well!

Click "Customize", put in your email and click "Save"&#x20;

### Activate email templates

Activate the email template you want to use by turning on the switch at the end of it. Click Save afterwards too!

### Edit email template

You can edit the content, color, logo, style,... of your email by clicking the Edit icon next to the template's name

Here you can find a wide range of customizable elements in your email. Feel free to adjust them to match your store's brand!

### Preview and send test

You can preview the email on both desktop and mobile screens. Then send a test version before saving to make sure it is good!
