Manage your past orders and recharge cycle

1. Introduction

The Past Orders section allows you to review previous billing cycles and take action on completed or failed subscription charges. This is especially useful when you need to manually recharge a subscription cycle, such as after a failed billing attempt.

From this section, you can trigger a new charge for a specific cycle directly from the contract actions. Once confirmed, the system will automatically process the billing for that cycle, helping you quickly recover failed payments and keep subscriptions on track.

2. How to use

Click Recharge cycle

When you want to recharge a cycle (for example: failed billing attempt), please go to Past orders and click on the "..." at the end of a contract. Please select "Recharge cycle"

Confirm your request

A modal will show up asking for your permission to perform this task. Please click submit when you're ready.
