At different stages of TA Subscriptions App, certain users joined under specific promotional or legacy conditions. To ensure transparency and fairness, we maintain dedicated policies for these special groups.

Early Bird users and Early Adopter users are merchants who joined TA Subscriptions App during earlier stages of our product development. We maintain dedicated policies for each group to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity as the product continues to evolve.

Some advanced features are temporarily not enabled by default. This allows our team to continue refining and improving them before broader release.

You may request access to these advanced features.

During this phase:

* Access is available upon request
* We provide demos or onboarding guidance if needed

{% tab title="Reinstallation Policy" %}

#### Reinstallation & Plan Eligibility

Users belonging to the Early Bird or Early Adopters groups retain their benefits only while maintaining continuous installation of TA Subscriptions App.

If a user from either group:

* Uninstalls the app, and
* Reinstalls at a later time

They will automatically be moved to the **latest version** of the app and the current feature structure.

This means:

* Previous special pricing (if applicable) will no longer apply
* Legacy quota calculations will no longer be preserved
* Access will follow the current version’s policies and feature availability

This policy ensures fairness and consistency across all users as the platform evolves.

If you are unsure about the impact of uninstalling, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before taking action.
