A tribute to the early supporters of Easto Subscription!

We truly appreciate the support of our early adopters. As we move forward with the official launch of Easto’s new pricing plans, we want to make sure you clearly understand the policy for early-bird users.

1. Who are Early-bird Users? 🐣

Early-bird users are merchants who started using Easto before the official pricing plans were released on 2:30PM 26/08/2025 (GMT+7).

  • They installed and used the app under previous versions, when lifetime free access was offered.

  • They are now recognized as our earliest supporters and will continue to enjoy free access under the new policy.

  • As early-bird users, they keep premium support and all features included in the Free Plan, for life.

In short: if you were with us before pricing plans launched, you’re an early-bird user.

2. Perks for Early-bird users 🎁

a. Free Lifetime Access

  • All early-bird users will continue to enjoy free access to selected current features of Easto.

  • There will be no transaction fees or subscription charges applied to your account.

b. Support Policy

  • Early-bird users will receive the premium support like paid users.

  • This includes access to our Knowledge Base, troubleshooting help, and direct support from our team.

3. Uninstall and Reinstall Policy ⚙️

  • If you keep the app installed before 2:30PM 26/08/2025 (GMT+7), your free access will remain active.

  • If you uninstall the app after this time and later reinstall, you will need to subscribe under the new pricing plans.

4. Updates and New Features

  • Early-bird users will keep receiving updates to all features included in the Free Plan.

  • New improvements or additions outside the Free Plan will require an upgrade to access.

👉 In short: Early-bird users get lifetime free access with no fees, premium support - just keep the app installed to retain your perks.
