1. Introduction:
The Subscriptions page gives you a full view of all active and historical subscriptions in your store. It shows key details such as customer information, delivery frequency, subscription status, and the next billing date, all in one centralized place.
Quickly filter subscriptions by status: Active, Cancelled, Paused, Failed, or Expired. Use the search bar or filters to find specific records fast.
You can also import subscription data in bulk or export it for reporting, backups, or manual edits.
Use this section to:
Monitor individual subscription activity
Spot billing issues or lapsed subscriptions early
Keep customer records organized and up to date
Perform bulk actions via import/export for efficiency

View all contracts
Go to Subscriptions. Here you'll see the full list of all your contracts. Please click on the Active, Cancelled, Paused, Failed, or Expired tabs to see each status group.
Note: For quick view, click on the number of items in a contract. A dropdown will appear showing you which product is included.
