Manage all your contract information
1. Introduction
The Contract Details tab provides a complete overview of an individual subscription contract and gives you full control over its settings. By clicking on a Contract ID (starting with #), you can access all essential information related to the subscription, including subscription details, payment summary, billing cycle, applied discounts, customer information, payment method, and internal notes.
From this view, you can update key contract settings when needed—such as subscription details, billing frequency, minimum order requirements, discounts, shipping information, delivery pricing, payment methods, and order notes. You can also manage the contract lifecycle by changing its status at any time, allowing you to pause, cancel, or reactivate the subscription based on customer requests or business needs.
